Week 3: Kirkpatrick Evaluation Level 2

For my assignment this week, I created a fifteen question assessment in the Rise 360 LMS that is worth fifteen points. Learners must score an 80% on this assessment to progress and will be given two opportunities to earn this. The questions that they answer are a mixture of True/False, Matching, Multiple Choice, Multiple Options, and Fill in the Blank. The learning objective from my IDD that aligns to this assessment is:

Objective 1: Participants will be able to define co-teaching, name its benefits, and explain its characteristics.

The Learning Materials that align to this assessment are here:

Here are the activities that learners will complete leading up to this assessment:

1. Participants will complete a self-reflection (through a discussion prompt) regarding their attitudes and philosophies on co-teaching.

2. Participants will complete readings and watch videos about what is required in a co-teaching classroom and how to make sure these elements are present.

3. Participants will sort components of what co-teaching is and isn’t and will analyze if descriptions of example classrooms are true co-taught classrooms.

4. Participants will engage in a discussion with their co-teacher to begin to plan out components of their co-taught classroom.
